EXCHANGES & RETURNS
B&C Jewelers Ltd. exists to satisfy our customers.  Unless otherwise specified below, your purchase may be exchanged within 14 days from the original purchase date by the original client when accompanied with the sales slip.  The item must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and in the original gift box with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact.  Sale items, special orders, consignment merchandise, completed always, modified and/or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.  Gift receipts will be issued a merchandise credit only.  Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

SPECIAL ORDERS
We regret that special orders are not returnable, and that no refund or exchange can be made.  All special orders require a 50% nonrefundable deposit.  A special order constitutes any jewelry, gemstone, watch, or gift item ordered or altered at the client’s request.

CUSTOM WORK
Custom designed jewelry involves metals, gems, and labor furnished by B&C Jewelers Ltd. For a specific client.  As such, all custom jewelry is nonrefundable, and requires a 50% none refundable deposit before work begins.  Every effort will be made by B&C Jewelers Ltd. To accurately manufacturer or produce the item(s) so ordered.  Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the clients complete satisfaction.  Minor adjustments, such as sizing or texturing will gladly be made by B&C Jewelers Ltd. To accommodate the wearer at either a modest fee or at no charge at all depending on the extent of the work involved.

LAYAWAYS
Articles may be placed on layaway for a maximum of 90 days with a minimum deposit of 30%.  In consideration of this merchandise being set aside for me, I agree to make 3 monthly payments in equal amounts.  Completed layaways are not returnable or exchangeable.  Layaways canceled after 30 days of the original layaway are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the cost of any alterations.

REPAIRS
B&C Jewelers Ltd. Is not responsible for altered gemstones left for repair, custom design, or appraisal.  This includes, but is not limited to, diamonds or false stampings on metal goods which may be mismarked.  We will not be responsible for any article left for more than 60 days.  A $20.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks due to insufficient funds.

DIAMOND UPGRADE POLICY
Any single diamond purchased from B&C Jewelers Ltd. May be traded in for credit for the original purchase price on any future single diamond purchase upon meeting the following conditions: 

• The diamond must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase and be accompanied by any reports and/or certificates.
• The new diamond selection must be at least ½ carat larger and of equal or higher clarity and color.
